Important: This page is provided for general information and should be reviewed for your specific business and legal needs. Nothing here is intended as legal advice.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “Client”) and Vexa Hosting (“we”, “us”, “Vexa Hosting”). By accessing our website, creating an account, adding credits, purchasing a plan, or using the panel/services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using Vexa Hosting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Services provided

Vexa Hosting provides managed hosting for bots and related applications, including compute, storage, networking, and access to a client panel. We may also provide support through our Discord server and staff, at our discretion.

Any uptime statements are goals, not guarantees, unless a separate written service level agreement (SLA) is explicitly provided.

Eligibility and account security

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including actions taken by anyone you give access to.

Sharing or reselling account access to unpaid or unauthorised users (for example, sharing a paid plan with a third party) may result in suspension or termination.

Your content and bots

You retain ownership of your code and content. You grant Vexa Hosting permission to host, run, transmit, and store your bot/application solely to provide the services.

You are responsible for your bot’s configuration, its commands, what it collects/stores, and compliance with all applicable rules and laws. Discord bots must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Discord’s Developer Policy. See: discord.com/terms and Discord Developer Policy.

Data, backups, and loss

You are responsible for keeping your own backups (including source code, databases, and any data your bot relies on), unless we explicitly offer a backup feature for your plan. We may perform operational backups for reliability, but we do not guarantee recovery of any specific file, database, or time point.

To the extent permitted by law, Vexa Hosting is not responsible for data loss caused by your configuration, your code, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

Maintenance and changes

We may perform maintenance that can temporarily affect availability. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of scheduled maintenance and major incidents via our status page or Discord.

We may change the services (for example, infrastructure, limits, or features) to improve security, reliability, or performance, or to comply with law or platform rules.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify clients (for example, via the panel or Discord announcement). Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Vexa Hosting to create, host, run, or distribute anything that is illegal, harmful, or abusive, or that violates third-party rights or platform policies. This includes attempts to compromise security, disrupt services, or evade restrictions.

Prohibited activity includes

Resource limits and fair use

Your plan includes resource limits (such as disk and any other limits displayed in the panel). You must not attempt to bypass quotas, restrictions, or technical limitations.

If your workload causes instability, excessive resource use, or impacts other clients, we may throttle, suspend, or require you to upgrade or change configuration.

Security requirements

You must take reasonable steps to secure your application (for example: keep dependencies updated, protect tokens/API keys, and avoid exposing secrets in logs). If we detect a compromised bot or credential leak, we may suspend the service to protect the platform and other clients.

3. Billing, credits, and refunds

Pricing and plan details are shown on our website and/or in the client panel. Taxes (if any) and billing cycles are as displayed at the time of purchase.

Credits and conversions

If you purchase or receive account credits, credits are applied to your account balance and used for plan charges as shown in the panel. Where offered, Robux-to-credit conversions follow the conversion rate we publish at the time of exchange and may require a billing ticket for verification.

Renewals and non-payment

If your plan renews and you do not have sufficient balance or payment coverage, we may suspend the service after a short grace period. Suspended services may be deleted after a further period, to manage capacity and security.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend your services and restrict account access while we investigate. We may require reimbursement of fees incurred due to chargebacks.

Refunds (Australia)

If you are in Australia, you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for services that fail to meet consumer guarantees, including rights to a remedy in certain cases. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights you cannot exclude under the ACL.

Information on rights for repairs/replacements/refunds/cancellation is available from NSW Government consumer guidance. See: nsw.gov.au consumer rights.

Change of mind

To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, unused time, or accidental purchases. If you believe there’s an error or a service fault, contact support promptly and we’ll review it.

4. Suspension, termination, and enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Discord rules, or applicable law, or if your service poses a security or stability risk.

Where practical, we may provide a chance to fix the issue (for example, remove prohibited content, rotate leaked tokens, or reduce resource use), but we are not required to do so.

Effect of termination

On termination, your right to use the services ends. We may delete your data and hosted content after a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate security/fraud prevention purposes.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.

To the extent permitted by law, Vexa Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

To the extent permitted by law, Vexa Hosting’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid to Vexa Hosting for the services in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including non-excludable consumer guarantees under ACL where applicable).

6. Privacy and contact

If you have a Privacy Policy page, it will explain how you handle personal information and operational logs. If you do not yet have one, you should create it before collecting non-trivial personal information.

For support, billing, or legal requests, contact us via the official support channel in our Discord server or through the contact method listed on the website.

Discord’s terms and policies are controlled by Discord and may change over time. It’s your responsibility to stay compliant when building and operating bots on Discord: discord.com/terms and Discord Developer Policy.
